How much notice do I need to give to book a course?

Courses are usually booked several weeks in advance however we aim to be as flexible as possible and depending on location and availability we can occasionally arrange a course within as little as 48 hours.

Can you do weekends and / or evenings?

Yes, we can accommodate dates and times to suit you.

How long is my qualification valid for?

All the QNUK courses are valid for 3 years.

How many people can attend a course?

We have a maximum of 12 people on all QNUK courses.

What qualification do I get after attending?

All QNUK courses will receive an externally awarded Ofqual Certificate, valid for 3 years. The courses involve practical and multiple-choice assessment.

Can I bring my baby along to a baby and child first aid course?

If your baby is pre-crawling they are more than welcome to come with you.

Are the trainers CRB/ DBS checked?

Yes, all of our trainers are CRB/DBS checked.
